FAQs
Yes, you can choose your own caterer. However, we do have a list of preferred caterers that are very familiar with Blue Mind Coworking and comfortable with set up and breakdown.
Conference Room: Up to 16 people seated at tables.
Event Space (including Lobby): Up to 40 people.
You may rearrange the furniture. If needed, you may also bring in more furniture. The current furniture that is in the space may not be removed. At the conclusion of the event, you will be responsible for returning the room to the condition when you arrived.
Conference rooms are equipped with large TV’s and audio equipment.
No. If you plan to serve alcohol, you can either hire a bar tender for the event or you can apply for a license for the day of the event. We have preferred vendors that can handle bar and drinks if needed.
There is plenty of free parking located on site. No parking pass is required for your event attendees.
